How It started?
In 2023, I worked on a B2B2C SaaS product for ghost kitchens called Crave. We were informed that Crave would be acquired by VDC, which also owns Mr. Beast Burger. To support the acquisition, we designed and developed a white-label mobile app that YouTubers could use for marketing.

Exploration of UI
Crave already had a mobile app for its food facilities, so we used its core as a foundation. We immediately began exploring the UI, completed two iterations, and the client was pleased with the direction.

Before designing the full app, we analyzed the existing app’s information structure and front-end composition. Based on this analysis, we developed a strategy to quickly customize the app for future brands.

While designing the final app screens, we identified areas for UX improvement. We refined and validated these through usability testing for location, time, and address selection.
