Initial situation

In 2023, the agency I worked for brought me onto this project due to my strong UX skills. The previous team had completed much of the work—brand, backoffice, customer portal—but struggled to deliver a customer experience that satisfied stakeholders.

The expectation was for me to take full charge. On day one, I learned about the project from the current PM, then gathered requirements directly from the stakeholder and moved into ideation. After several quick pivots, the original plan to redesign a single screen evolved into a full redesign of the customer flow.

Testing of usability

Once I was confident in the direction, I selected 8 participants for usability testing and conducted 6 test/design cycles. I measured negative and positive feedback, testers’ ideas, and understanding, refining the design after each cycle based on the insights gathered.
